Milk – 400 ml

Mix the flour and starch. Separately beat the milk and eggs with a mixer. Pour a thin stream of milk and eggs into the flour and starch mixture, stirring constantly. Stir until smooth. Bake thin pancakes on a small frying pan greased with lard.
For the filling, mix the cottage cheese and sour cream. Separately beat the egg and sugar to a white. Combine the cottage cheese mixture with the egg, adding vanillin. Stir well.
Spread one tablespoon of filling on the edge of the pancake. Roll up and cut in half. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Grease a baking tray with butter, place the pancakes on it, and put it in the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
