Products: Potatoes - 140 g Sesame seed paste (tahini) - 20 g Onions - 0.25 pc Ripe olives - 10 g
Recipe: Peel the potato and cut it into medium slices. Start frying in a well-oiled pan over medium heat for 10 minutes, constantly stirring. Add chopped onion and sliced olives. Fry for another 4-s minutes, continually stirring. Season with salt and pepper and cover with tahini before serving. Enjoy.
