Ripe olives - 15 g

Recipe:
Prepare the chicken: season the chicken breast. Put a pan on the stove on low-medium heat. Add olive oil, and put the chicken breast on each side for 4 minutes, low and slow until done. Take it out and let it cool. Slice the chicken into a thin slice and transform it into a small ball mixed with the mayo salt and pepper. In a salad bowl, cut the iceberg into thick ribbons, put in the bowl, add ripe olives, then top with the chicken salad and drizzle olive oil and salt and pepper.
