Beet salad

The season of delicious vegetables and herbs is approaching and you want to enjoy the flavor to the fullest.

That’s why I’ve prepared for you a recipe for beet salad, in which each ingredient complements and reveals each other.

Products:
2 beets
1 burrata,
a bunch of arugula, olive oil, salt and pepper, pine nuts, orange.

Recipe
Peel the beets, cut into triangles, dress with olive oil, salt and pepper and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Place some arugula on a plate. Divide the burrata into bite-sized pieces and arrange on top of the greens.
Next come the beets and pine nuts. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Slice an orange into small pieces or simply dress the dish with orange juice.
