Rendang di Manzo is a specialty of the Padang cuisine, a city located on the Indonesian island of Sumatra. It is served on special occasions. Beef Rendang is cooked in a large number of spices that vary from recipe to recipe, but often include garlic, ginger, onion, and chili.
