250 g 200 60 minutes
Products (for 4 servings):
Potatoes – 600 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Wheat flour – 2 tbsp
Onion – 100 g
Vegetable oil (for frying) – 50 ml
Salt, pepper – to taste
Recipe
Grate the peeled potatoes on a fine grater. To avoid darkening the potatoes, grate them quickly and immediately mix them with the grated onion. Beat an egg into the potato mass, add flour, salt, and pepper, and mix everything.
Lay the pancakes out on a heated frying pan. Fry on both sides until a golden crust appears. If you want the pancakes to turn out more crispy, do not cover them with a lid and pour more vegetable oil. Serve with sour cream.
